1. What LIVEBIG Is

The LIVEBIG Project is a personal-development and life-design brand.

LIVEBIG creates educational content, frameworks, tools, guides, and digital products intended to help people think more intentionally about their lives, goals, work, time, and personal development.

LIVEBIG does not promise that any particular result will occur from using our content or products.

2. Digital Products

LIVEBIG currently offers digital products, including downloadable PDF products such as the LIVEBIG Toolkit.

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

After completing a purchase, you may receive access to download the product through the website, by email, or through another digital-delivery method provided by Wix.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining reasonable access to your email account and downloaded files.

3. Purchases and Payment

Prices for LIVEBIG products are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Prices may change at any time, although changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

Payments are processed through payment services made available through Wix.

By submitting an order, you represent that you have the authority to use the payment method provided.

4. Refunds and Returns

LIVEBIG products are digital products delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally considered final once the product has been delivered.

All digital-product purchases are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where LIVEBIG voluntarily provides one. If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us at thelivebigproject@gmail.com and we will make sure you receive the product you paid for.
